Where Bold Ideas Meet Brave Leadership

E2W Live is your backstage pass to the future of work.

We're kicking things off with a two-day, high-impact virtual summit designed to Educate, Engage, and Inspire.
This isn’t just another HR webinar marathon — it’s a high-energy experience where culture takes the main stage, and the real changemakers finally get the spotlight they deserve.

E2W Live: Because the Most Impactful Work Happens Off-Camera — and Deserves to Be Celebrated

Every year, the same bloated businesses trot out the same shiny trophies — Best Employer, Top Place to Work, Most Loved Brand — all bought and paid for with PR dollars, not earned through genuine employee experience.

Meanwhile, smaller, scrappier, heart-filled companies are out here doing the real work:

  • Listening to their people

  • Adapting in real time

  • Building loyalty without a flashy logo or six-figure budget

That’s who E2W Live is for.

The Culture Conference That Celebrates Substance Over Spin

E2W Live (short for Engage to Win) is a bold new virtual event series that redefines what meaningful recognition looks like. It’s built for the underestimated, the overlooked, and the quietly brilliant — the ones doing the work to build cultures that actually work. This isn’t about trophy-chasing or paid placements. It’s about shining a light on impact over optics, and honoring the people and companies who are walking the walk — without needing a press release to prove it. No buzzword bingo. No beige decks full of bold claims and zero follow-through. No grandstanding without receipts, and absolutely no generic solutions copied & pasted more times than a viral Linkedin post. Just bold conversations, brave ideas, and yes — a little sparkle.

What You Need to Know

  • Launching this October as a fully virtual, two-day global summit

  • 16 themed tracks based on the pillars of employee engagement from the bestselling book Engage to Win

  • Topics include leadership, belonging, performance, well-being, recognition, DEI, and more

  • Speakers with real insight — not just another sales funnel

  • Sponsors get a keynote slot, a panel seat, and a chance to prove they walk the walk

  • Awards segment with zero pay-to-play — recognition based on impact, innovation, and inclusion

The Goal

To shine a spotlight on the people & companies doing the actual work — not just the ones with the best PR team and biggest ad spend.

To challenge the status quo — and then redefine it.

To spotlight culture as a competitive advantage, not just a line in a press release.

This isn’t a one-and-done event. It’s the start of a movement — an ecosystem that spans The Culture Chronicles podcast, book series, and a growing community of people-first revolutionaries who are over the fluff and ready to build better.

Get Involved

We’re currently seeking:

  • Sponsors who align with progressive, purpose-driven values

  • Speakers with bold stories, lived experience, and real strategies

  • Award nominations from and for companies who are doing the work — not just talking about it

If you’re tired of seeing mediocrity rewarded and brilliance overlooked — you’re our kind of people.

Welcome to E2W Live: Where the future of work gets the recognition and applause that it deserves.

Attract.jpg

Because great engagement starts with great positioning.

This track explores employer branding, reputation management, value proposition design, and how to stand out in a sea of sameness. Think bold storytelling, compelling cultures, magnetic messaging, and knowing exactly who you’re trying to reach — and why they’d want to join you.

Belong.jpg

Diversity without inclusion is decoration.

While DEI themes show up in Network to Win, this track goes deeper — centering psychological safety, intersectionality, accessibility, and belonging as non-negotiables for real engagement. It’s about building cultures where every voice counts, every barrier is questioned, and inclusion isn’t performative — it’s personal.

Build.jpg

Laying foundations that don’t crumble under pressure.

This track explores onboarding, EVP design, culture architecture, and scalable frameworks that actually stick. Because long-term engagement isn’t built in a single welcome email — it’s engineered through intentional touchpoints, aligned values, and cultures designed to grow with you.

Care.jpg

Because companies that care, win — period.

This track shines a light on the heart of modern engagement: purpose, responsibility, and impact. From sustainability to social justice to mental health, these are the strategies that prove caring isn’t soft — it’s strategic.

Communicate.jpg

Because if your messaging sucks, nothing else sticks.

Internal comms is often the unsung hero of engagement. This track could focus on storytelling, change communication, transparency, crisis comms, and how to create messages that actually move people — not just inform them.

Develop.jpg

Because dead-end jobs don’t build loyalty.

From upskilling and internal mobility to feedback loops and coaching cultures — this track is your L&D power play. We’ll explore how to build learning ecosystems that don’t just check boxes but fuel performance, progression, and retention. Because when people grow, your business does too.

Flex.jpg

Because rigid work models lose people fast.

From hybrid to asynchronous to job sharing — this track explores flexibility as both a productivity booster and a retention strategy. It’s not just about where people work, but how they work best. We’ll unpack the frameworks that turn flexibility into a competitive advantage, not just a perk.

Innovate.jpg

Engagement doesn’t live in a spreadsheet.

This track dives into AI, tech-driven experience design, and the bold, unconventional tactics making work more human — not less. From automation to personalization, we’ll explore how innovation can enhance connection, not replace it. Because the future of work isn’t just digital — it’s deeply human.

Lead.jpg

Managers make or break your culture. Period.

We’re raising the bar for leadership at every level — from the frontline to the C-suite. Less ego, more empathy. Less managing, more mentoring. This track is all about building leaders who know how to engage, inspire, and actually lead in today’s workplace.

Listen.jpg

Engagement starts when you shut up and listen.

This track is all about employee voice, pulse surveys, continuous feedback, and co-creation. It’s not just about what you ask — it’s about how you listen, how you respond, and how you act. Because engagement dies in silence, but it thrives in dialogue.

Measure.jpg

If you can’t prove it, don’t call it engagement.

This is your data and impact track — where numbers meet nuance. From OKRs and engagement scores to ROI, feedback loops, and business cases for investing in people, we’ll dig into the metrics that matter. Because engagement isn’t fluff — it’s measurable, meaningful, and mission-critical.

Network.jpg

Connection is the currency of belonging.

ERGs, inclusion strategies, community building — this track is where DEI goes from concept to action. We’ll spotlight how to structure employee resource groups, launch authentic inclusion initiatives, and foster real communities that drive engagement. Because belonging happens in the doing — not the talking.

Play.jpg

Because fun isn’t frivolous — it’s fuel.

This track explores how gamification, celebration, and joy can supercharge performance and connection. We’ll show how to design experiences that make work feel meaningful and fun — without sacrificing outcomes. Because if you think play is optional, you're already losing.

Recruit.jpg

Because the candidate experience is the employee experience.

This track tackles hiring strategy, inclusive assessments, and skills-based hiring, with a sharp eye on balancing tech with the human touch. We’ll explore how to build smarter, fairer processes — and why great onboarding starts long before Day 1. Because the way you hire is the way you lead.

Retain.jpg

Stop bleeding talent and start building trust.

This track digs into data-backed retention strategies, re-engagement campaigns, and the often-overlooked factors that drive loyalty. We’re cutting through assumptions to uncover the real reasons people stay — and how to keep them truly invested. Because retention isn’t about perks — it’s about purpose.

Reward.jpg

Because appreciation without compensation is just manipulation.

This track gets real about total rewards — from pay equity and meaningful perks to recognition systems that actually resonate. Because engagement isn’t built on pizza parties; it’s built on fairness, value, and feeling seen. It’s time to move beyond cupcakes and into compensation that counts.

E2W Live 2025 Sponsorship Opportunities

Be the Name Behind the Movement — Not the Afterthought in the Footer.

Forget boring logos in the corner and generic "thank you to our sponsors" slides. At E2W Live, sponsorship isn’t an afterthought — it’s a full-blown feature. We don’t sell ad space. We build partnerships that amplify purpose and elevate visibility.

E2W Live is a two-day virtual summit for the bold — a global gathering of workplace revolutionaries, culture shapers, and engagement innovators who are redefining what it means to lead with intention, build with impact, and show up for their people.

When you sponsor E2W Live, you’re not just aligning your brand with a trending topic — you’re investing in a highly engaged audience of HR disruptors, executive leaders, internal comms champions, and DEI game-changers. People who are done with performative culture and desperate for real tools, real talk, and real transformation.

This isn’t a space for brands that want to blend in. We're creating a space for those who want to stand out.

Whether you want to headline a keynote, power an entire track, or champion one of our no-pay-to-play workplace culture awards, your sponsorship puts you in front of the right audience — not just as a vendor, but as a values-aligned voice in the movement.

You’ll be part of the conversation, part of the spotlight, and part of the legacy we’re building. So the question isn’t should you sponsor E2W Live. The question is — how big do you want to go?

Speak at E2W Live 2025

Calling All Culture Rebels, Leadership Truth-Tellers, and Employee Experience Icons. This isn’t your average conference — and we’re not looking for average speakers.

We want bold. We want brave. We want people with a point of view and the passion to back it up.

If you’ve got something to teach, a story to share, or a strategy that sparked real change — this is your stage.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re curating a speaker lineup full of educators, energizers, and disruptors — people who bring substance, spark, and zero fluff. Whether you're a seasoned speaker or a first-timer with a powerful message, we care less about your title and more about your impact.

Great E2W Live speakers are:

  • Bold and unapologetic in their perspective

  • Passionate about people and the power of real engagement

  • Willing to educate, not just perform

  • Inclusive, accessible, and audience-focused

  • Committed to leaving attendees better than they found them

This is your shot to lead a conversation that matters — not just recycle the same case study you gave at a dozen webinars last year.

Choose Your Path to Winning

Each track offers its own flavor of disruption and depth — and your voice could be the one that brings it to life.

When applying to speak at E2W Live, you'll be asked to select the track (or tracks) that best align with your topic. Yes, you can apply to more than one. We know your brilliance can’t always be boxed in — so if your expertise spans multiple lanes, go for it. Just be clear in your application how your message fits within each track's theme.

Whether you're delivering a solo session, joining a fireside chat, or contributing to a panel, every speaker at E2W Live is expected to bring insight, energy, and something new to the table — no recycled webinar fluff allowed.

FAQ's

Do I need to be a professional speaker?
Nope. We’re not here for perfectly polished stage pros — we’re here for people with real insight, real impact, and something worth saying. Whether you’re a seasoned keynoter or a passionate practitioner with a fresh perspective, we care more about your message than your mic skills.

Is there a cost to speak?
No. E2W Live is a no-pay-to-play platform. Speakers are selected on merit and alignment, not sponsorship dollars.

Will speakers be paid?
We are not currently offering compensation for speakers. This is a community-led, mission-driven event built to elevate bold voices and fresh ideas — not to sell slots or fill a stage with the usual suspects. What we do offer is a spotlight, meaningful exposure, professional branding support, and complimentary evergreen access to the full event.

Can I co-present with a colleague or client?
Yes! We welcome dynamic duos, case study pairs, and diverse perspectives — especially across functions, geographies, or lived experiences.

Can I pitch my product or service?
This isn’t a sales pitch platform, and we won’t allow overt promotion during sessions. However, we’re happy to include links to your business, services, or offers in your official speaker bio and post-event materials.

What are the event dates & times?
We are finalizing the schedule, but we anticipate hosting our first live event in October 2025. Timings will likely be consistent with a North America Timezone. Sign up for the mailing list to receive updates and speaker prep timelines as they’re confirmed.

Can I pre-record my session?
Yes. Speakers will have the option to pre-record their presentations, especially for solo sessions or talks that require tighter production. We’ll provide technical guidance and editorial support to make sure it shines.

Will the recordings be available for download after the event?
Speakers will receive promotional clips and teaser reels to help boost visibility and share highlights. Attendees who purchase an evergreen access pass (provided free to all speakers) will have on-demand access to all sessions post-event — but full presentations will not be downloadable.

Can I include handouts, workbooks, or digital resources?
Absolutely. If your session includes tools, guides, or interactive content, we’ll work with you to polish and deliver them to attendees in a way that enhances the experience and supports your message.

What does the application process entail?
You’ll be asked to submit a short synopsis of your session idea, including the track it aligns with, what you plan to share, and why it matters. We’ll also ask for details on your experience or background in the topic area, and what format you prefer (solo session, fireside chat, panel, etc.).

Can I nominate someone else to speak?
Yes! If you know someone with a message the world needs to hear, we’d love to meet them. You can nominate a speaker and suggest what you think they should speak on — just be sure you have their permission to submit on their behalf.
