Kate created Picture Perfect Dates after one too many trips where she returned with hundreds of gorgeous photos of her partner… and exactly zero flattering ones of herself.

The problem wasn't that he didn't care. It was that he didn't know how. And Kate realized: if this was happening to her, it was happening to everyone.
​With 20+ years in people strategy, coaching, and event design, Kate knows how to craft experiences that create genuine connection. Picture Perfect Dates is her answer to the universal "photo inequality" problem that's been plaguing couples since cameras were invented.
​
She believes great photos are about confidence, presence, and authenticity—not gear, not tricks, not pretending to be someone you're not. With her signature blend of humor and heart, she's built an experience that empowers couples of all kinds to capture each other beautifully.

For over 30 years, Kevin has been the lens behind some of the most recognizable images in modern media. He hasn’t just taken photos; he has documented history and pop culture at the highest levels; from the sidelines with the Seattle Seahawks and Super Bowls to the Oval Office, where he photographed four U.S. Presidents.

Kevin’s career is defined by capturing authentic human moments in high-pressure environments. He spent years as a premier photographer for reality television, working alongside Mark Burnett on the sets of The Apprentice, The Contender, and Rock Star: INXS, capturing the unscripted emotions of celebrities and competitors alike.
His work has taken him to 81 countries and earned him over 40 honors in the prestigious Eyes of History contests. A five-time President of the White House News Photographers Association and a Panasonic Lumix Global Ambassador, Kevin is a master of “getting it right in the camera.”

His work has graced the pages of glossy magazines and anchored international advertising campaigns, proving he understands exactly what it takes to create a professional, "high-value" image.

Internationally trained with a BFA in Cinematography, Ellie approaches every session with the mindset of a Director of Photography. She understands that a great image isn't just about the subject, it's about the scene, the lighting, and the mood. She applies the technical principles of cinema to capture images that feel like stills from a movie rather than posed snapshots.

While Ellie has a diverse background in fashion and lifestyle portraiture, her true expertise lies in capturing "Cinematic Connection." She treats the session like a movie set, ensuring the composition tells a story about who you are.

With years of teaching experience, Ellie specializes in demystifying the process. She translates high-level technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance, teaching couples how to step into their own spotlight. Anjanette is our resident social butterfly and community queen, the heart of our outreach, the energy behind our events, and the reason everyone feels welcomed the second they show up.

A true creative, she’s a celebrated artist, painting tutor, clothing designer, comedian, MC, and top-ranked senior colorist. Basically, if there’s a creative skill, Anjanette has mastered it and she’s probably teaching someone else how to do it too.
​
She’s the one making sure Picture Perfect Dates isn’t just an experience, it’s a vibe. A community. A place where people feel like they belong.

Off the clock, you’ll find her doting on her pup Maggie or cheering on her partner Sean as he performs with his bands across the Pacific Northwest. On the clock? She’s making magic happen.

Scott is our Analytics Alchemist - the one who turns raw numbers into insights that actually drive results. He tracks ad performance, spots trends, and makes sure every marketing dollar works hard.

He also keeps the business side running smoothly, supporting Kate with accounts, payroll, and compliance.

Off the clock, he’s all about golf, Raiders games, wine tastings, spontaneous adventures, and the occasional casino run.
